If our product does not meet your wishes, please let us know via: info@sowhat-design.com,we will be happy to look for a solution with you! If this does not lead to a solution, it is possible to register your dispute for mediation via foundation “WebwinkelKeur”. From 15 February 2016, it will also be possible for consumers in the EU to register complaints via the ODR platform of the European Commission. This ODR platform can be found on http://ec.europa.eu/odr. If your complaint has not yet been processed elsewhere, you are free to file your complaint via the platform of the European Union.

Guarantee

We give a 5-year warranty on our kitchen splashbacks. So 5 years of cooking, polishing and polishing and our product must continue to look like new. The colors stay fresh and do not fade! If something strange happens to your back wall within 5 years, we will replace it free of charge. Of course, the wall must be installed according to our instructions for use and used according to our user manual.
